Danielle is an international Vinyasa Yoga and Meditation Teacher. She has completed additional teacher trainings in Ashtanga Yoga with Tim Miller, Yin Yoga, the 200hr YA Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga, Primordial Sound Meditation and Perfect Health (Ayurveda) at the Chopra Center of Wellbeing in Carlsbad, California and a 500hr certification with the American Yoga Academy.

In her classes, she integrates movement, breath, and yogic philosophy to bring a sense of awareness to the practice both on and off the mat. Danielle is passionate about Ayurveda and working with your constitutional makeup to develop and customize individual programs.

Danielle is also the director of mindful performance at lululemon athletica, and is responsible for the overall vision, strategy and direction of mindful performance initiatives and experiences. She is a Vedic Educator for the Chopra Centre leading events and teacher trainings globally. She is also one of the featured teachers for JIYO.com and MyYoga/Gaim TV. Her journey with the practice of yoga and meditation began in 2000 when she had just finished a career as a professional dancer and singer. Originally from Los Angeles, Danielle lives in Vancouver, BC with her husband and two children.
